The 7-day money-back promise

Give the Elite College Playbook 7 days. Go through the strategies, explore the resources, and see if it gives your family the clarity and direction you’re looking for. If it’s not right for your family, email me within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. No hard feelings!

How to ask for a refund

1. Email theelitecollegeplaybook@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Send it from the email address you bought with, or include that address in your message, so I can find your order.
3. You don’t need to give a reason. If you’re open to sharing one, it helps me make the Playbook better.

What happens next

• I’ll process your refund through Gumroad, and the money goes back to your original payment method.
• Your bank decides how long it takes to show up. It’s usually a few business days.
• Once you’re refunded, please delete the files you downloaded.

After 7 days

Requests sent more than 7 days after purchase aren’t covered by the promise. If something went wrong with your order, like a download link that doesn’t work or being charged twice, email me anytime and I’ll fix it.
